APS是易加科技专门针对线束行业开发的高级计划排程系统，通过对工艺路线、生产日历、出勤、工艺工时、设备加工能力等静态资源，结合订单、设备状态等动态资源，根据系统中设定的排程策略，自动拆分每个看板/回路的生产任务，并按顺序分配到对应的工位。形成排产后的资源甘特图、资源负载图可视化界面供计划员调优处理。
APS is an advanced planning and scheduling system developed by E-Plus specifically for the wire harness industry. By integrating static resources such as process routes, production calendars, attendance records, process man-hours, and equipment processing capacity with dynamic resources like orders and equipment status, it automatically decomposes production tasks for each kanban/circuit according to predefined scheduling strategies and sequentially assigns them to corresponding workstations. The resulting resource Gantt charts and resource load diagrams provide a visual interface for planners to optimize and refine the production schedule.
功能实现 FUNCTION REALIZATION
E7系统内置多种排程策略，也支持自定义策略进行车间任务的分配。
策略一：根据密封栓、端子、导线颜色、导线截面积进行排序。
策略二：组合线（中压、超焊）、导线截面积、导线颜色、端子进行排序。
依此类推可以自定义建立多种策略，生产计划人员可以根据产品特性、订单情况进行任务的模拟，通过资源甘特图、设备利用率等报表，选择最优的策略进行任务的下派。
The E7 system incorporates multiple scheduling strategies and supports custom strategies for assigning shop floor tasks.
Strategy 1: Sort and assign tasks based on sealing plugs, terminals, wire colors, and wire cross-sectional area.
Strategy 2: Sort by combination wires (medium voltage, super-welded), wire cross-sectional area, wire color, and terminals.
Similarly, multiple strategies can be customized. Production planners can simulate tasks based on product characteristics and order status. Using reports such as resource Gantt charts and OEE, they can ｓｅｌｅｃｔ the optimal strategy for task assignment.
