易视智能流水线 E-Plus E-Screen ASSEMBLY LINE

易视智能流水线系统为全球第一条智能化LED线束组装流水线，由易加科技耗时六个月研发、生产、调试完成。颠覆了传统木质、铝质结构工装板流水线的工艺流程方式，采用4K高清LED显示屏代替传统木制板，组成一条多工位交互式柔性线束生产线，可以灵活切换组装图示，在多品种小批量、新品研发、样线制作等领域广泛应用。 The E-Plus E-Screen Assembly Line is the world's first smart LED wiring harness assembly line, developed, manufactured, and debugged by E-Plus over a six-month period. It revolutionizes the traditional wooden and aluminum fixture-based assembly line workflow by replacing conventional wooden panels with 4K high-definition LED displays. This forms a multi-station interactive flexible harness production line capable of dynamically switching assembly diagrams. It finds extensive application in High-Mix Low-Volume production, new product development, and prototype line manufacturing.

易视智能流水线系统通过中控主机实现与触控平板电脑、智能组装屏、看板之间的互联互通，利用软件实现从任务下派一直到产成品完成的整个生产过程控制。同时可实现每个工位各自下派不同生产任务，即产线上的柔性生产；可控制多台工位上呈现生产人员、生产数据、质量数据实时化、作业过程无纸化、透明化的生产作业模式，打造局域的数字化智能系统。 The E-Plus E-Screen Assembly Line System achieves seamless connectivity between the central control host, touchscreen tablets, smart assembly displays, and kanban boards. Through software integration, it controls the entire production process from task assignment to finished goods completion. It enables flexible production by assigning distinct tasks to each workstation. The system controls multiple stations to display real-time production personnel, data, and quality metrics, creating a paperless, transparent workflow that builds a localized digital intelligent system.
